another good improvement would be to support more antivirus programs in the "virus scan" section, "auto detect". i could only get it to work with kaspersky.

A BitComet screensaver would be nice. Best way to go is make it optional to be included when installing BitComet itself, or maybe create another seperate installer for those who already have latest version of BitComet on their machines.

OK, the fun part: When the screensaver executes, BitComet must be open. If not, it will just show a random animation about BitComet. Same goes if it IS open but no downloads are happening at that moment. If there is then it somehow animates "maximising" the BC floating window till it fills the whole screen. By the way, transparency can be either same as floating window's setting or can be set via Display settings in control panel | Screen Saver tab | BitComet Screensaver must be chosen in list | Settings.

If you ever do get the time to fit this idea in, please send a private message to my comet passport when you choose to include it, when you start, when you finish and (also when finished) what version of bitcomet it will appear in first and if it will be available to download with its own installer. My comment isn't so much about bitcomet the program, it's more about bitcomet the bloging service. It would be so much nicer if we could set a different background for each of our modules, instead of all modules having to have the same background.

I would like to have separate folders for finished and unfinished downnloads, as some DC++ clients have. I say this because most of the downloads come as file(s) enclosed in folders and when you want to move finished downloads, say, to a backup drive, partition or folder it can be a real pain in the ass to choose the finished ones from the whole lot because you can't see inside folders until you open each one of them. This is because many users go searching for torrents on index sites and as they find them they many torrents at once in the task list, even if they run just 2-4 at a time. This adds folders and unfinished files inside and after 1-2 weeks it's hard to remember just by looking in the download folder which is finished and which not. Looking at the task list doesn't help much either if you intend to move many files at once because you can't remember more than 3-4 entries at most in order to switch back to the download folder and select them. Needless to say, in the download folder they are arranged in a different order (alphabetical) than in the task list which makes it even harder to pinpoint each one of them. So from where I stand we could really use a feature like this.

The only thing I wanted was this:

And gt added in 1.14. I've been asking for it since 0.97.

In the recent version with tab's, peers was removed from stopped tasks. This change makes having peers as your default tab is usless since as soon as your task finishes you get tossed to the start page. While I would agree it doesn't say much on a stopped task I am getting carpal tunnel reselecting the peers tab with every new task. Anyway to get you to put back the tasks tab on stopped tasks ?
