Blocked Yellow after updating to 1.13

I just updated to 1.13. Does anyone have the issue of having the port blocked, color yellow? I have tried to follow the same steps to open the ports I did before with the prior version of bitcomet, but unfortunately after doing all the steps, I keep being blocked. Please can anyone help me to understand what am I doing wrong? I have a Vista OS. I don't know what else to do after unblocking my firewalls, and opening the port on my modem.

btw, my modem model is DSL 500B... I have already input the port number into it, it used to work just fine and have green light with Bitcomet 0.99. Now on 1.13 my light keep being yellow no matter how many times I try the steps to unblock it. Can anyone help me?

redo the rules in your firewall, and if you have forwarded a range of ports in your router increase or decrease the port number by 1 within that range (ex: in a range of 53211-53213 change the port from 53212 to 53213 or 53211). i hope this helps
