Is indeed not working, but I don't understand what you mean when you say "click title link".

If you mean when you click on your "rank" which is next to the word "title", in your case your rank is "captain", and it takes you to that broken link, then all I can say is when I click on mine, it takes me to a page that displays all my rank history.

I'm using 1.13 (installed as English), and the link it takes me too is...

I can only report errors if they are presented very clearly, and documented with all the info about your client and computer, and I must be able to reproduce the error.

However, since you speak Chinese, you can report it to the development team directly. That would be your best bet.
