I think he's asking how to decrease construncting time. This can be done with construction plan which can be found in Store

if you have a piece of equipment like armor or something go to bag and hit use then go to hall of hero go to the hero you want to have the equipment go to equipmet and look for it in one of the things like armor and stuff equipments need a cetain level hero so make sure your hero has high enough level for it

This "thing" is a defence item which can be used by heroes. Go to Hall of Hero, click on some hero, then Equipment and u'll see ur Equipment items and their requirments.
