WHERE ARE MY EQUIPTMENT CHESTS AND GOLD?????

This is the 3rd time in 1 week I didn't received my chests. The 1st time was last staurday TW fight. We won and no chests or bonuses. The 2nd time was on tuesday and the 3rd time yesterday. After 3 win TW battles I haven't received my chests or gold.

If you want us to continue playing this game, better fix this issues because the active players are being penalized by your errors, admins. We are the people that have your servers going because of active players like us.

The best thing you can do is reply our posts. This is the 3rd post about the same problem and it hasn't been resolved.

We are waiting for your corrective action on this matter. Solve this NOW.

1, Alliance War is a massive alliance battle on a daily basis. Each alliance fights for Historical Garrisons. The winners will get rewarded handsomely and enjoy production bonus for one day. The rewards differ from day to day.

Yes, rewarded handsomely?, as in resource bonus. The rewards differ from day to day? as in the percentage changes each day (eg. 100%, 200%, 300%, 400%, etc.). The tribal war promotion was from July 13th to July 18th. So the extra gold and equipment chests were only given during that time frame. So this monday (July 20 th) is back to normal.

But there is still many people that didnt get the gold and equipment chests for many days last week and I have only heard of one person that has had sucess in getting his chests and gold given to him from and admin.

So I hope someone can come back to this post and notice the people still waiting for there items and give them back to them.

won moscow last night(100% steel) and today(200% steel) no chests or gold only 1 member of the alliance received gold and chests last nightplz solve this problem

Chest n gold is for last week not for this week dude. The promotion is over. We only want our chest n gold from last week.

to my last post i did not recieve items from saturday aswell just received from 1 of 2 days in last week as i may of left that off my first post i got the 600% steel but no chests or gold since we hear this week isn't giving items may aswell try and get em for saturday since i got nothing but the output
