legendry commander bugs ? screenshots for admin

here i have 2 bugs that i have with lengendry commanders i have put to gether screen shots as well to help you help me admin

bug 1 = successful visit no key

bug 2 = Failure to obtain/find

 

 

i hope you can look into this and sort it as i tryed 9 times with only 2 successful visit but cant use them and have spent over $100 doing so
