If I upgrade my medical center, how does that benefit?

What is the difference between upgrading my intel agency and upgrading military intelligence?

Does the training camp upgrade increase training speed of aircraft and armor as well as infantry?

Don't build even a level of medical center, its a big joke, they will ask you gold to recover your wounded troops. Upgrading the intelligence agency in my experience gives you a better intelligence report on the enemy than upgrading military intelligence. The training camp increases the training speed of ALL kinds of units.
