I could tell you some of this, the rest you have to get from your computer by opening a command prompt and typing

ipconfig /all

Also, you need to have tcp and udp protocols for all features of bitcomet to work, so if your router has no option for both, then you need to make two seporate rules, one for each protocol.

However, rather then having you do a lot of guesswork, I suggest you review the free guides at...

http://portforward.com

They have step by step guides for most routers.

Also, if you want help from us, you really should go to our support forum, and I'll also note that you included NONE of the required info to request support, so please read the rules if you have further questions, or our reply will only be to provide the proper info.

Go to the official support forum, http://www.cometforums.com start a topic in the BitComet General Discussion section, provide all the info required in the "Read This First" topic on top of the page and post a screenshot of the router's webpage interface you speak about, too. If you don't know how to post screenshots, there' a guide for that in the Guides section, too.

If you don't feel like doing that you can still wait here for an answer which it may or may not come.

Also, there's a Port Forwarding guide in the Guides section, too. So, we'll need to help you only with the steps from portforward.com.

But anyway, out of curiosity, do you have a yellow light or are you doing this just for the kicks?
