This year has been a prosperous year for Show Luo (Xiao Zhu). Just
in regards to Taiwan, he's been selected to endorse products from
glasses, mint candies, soda, chips, online karaoke, jeans to cell
phones, mass total of seven. His popularity on the rise, and his
pockets filling up with tens of millions. But he is also very
exhausted from his massive work load. Yesterday, he attended a
cellphone endorsement press conference, showing up wearing a pair
of shades. "I'm sorry, my eye is a little infected."
Show said that he had been busy the last couple of days, and on top
of that he had been moving [into a new house], and so when he was
packing things yesterday, some debris and dust must've gotten into
his eye, which made his eye swell up. He went to the doctors and he
was told that his eye was a little infected. Because Show cares a
lot about his appearance, he had only the choice of putting on a
pair of shades.
Show cares about his appearance, so his cellphone needs to be
embellished as well. The cellphone company he endorsed supplied him
with 6 cellphones. Show went an extra mile into decorating all of
them, adding rhinestones to them. Each cell phone cost another
$10,000 for the rhinestone decorating. He openly admitted, "I like
'bling bling'." Then when his good friend Jolin saw his cellphone,
she couldn't help but say, "That's CRAZY! Your phone is prettier
than mine!"
