you need win the Middle or Hard (NOT EASY)task but between 2,000 and 2,800 pts....over 2,800 you NOT win the Pumkin Watch only The Seasson Token.....

Well from what I understand its just the tasks. Click "Task" and go to the tab Task (not Newbie Task) and do Patrol Mission (Easy), Bring Peace (Middle), or Mopping-up Operation (Hard).

I got one for patrol mission lvl 100, but it`s only +20 strenght and +20 command.
