Maybe u should take a look at your typewriting, if it still doesn't work, u may try to reinstall the game.

Make sure you select the correct channel when writing in the chat box.

There are 9 channels:

*Satellite

*Rumor

*Fleet

*Friend

*Squad

*Crew

*Apprentices

*Team

*Talk

The button is set by default to Talk.

If that is not the problem, make sure your firewall it's not blocking Zero Online.

And remember that many things are fixed just by login out and back in again.
