i am a beginner, using bitcomet 1.15.... i just install it yesterday after my utorrent keep "not responding"....
i am using 3G celullar connection , 384kbit/sec or equal with 48kBytes/sec
no router used
windows vista, windows firewall only (i have done the exception for my listening port), avira premium antivirus

but i dunno how to set it at Bitcomet 1.15 ?
myb the words are different but the meaning is the same
is there any sugesstions to set my bitcomet using the particular connection?
