According to hearsay, which has just been recently confirmed, The Bedlam in Goliath, which is The Mars Volta's fourth full legnth studio release, has faced another small set back.
Don't freak out yet, though! The CD is still set to release on January 29th, however, the intial three mediums of purchase has now dropped to two. According to Theroy, one of the head moderators of The Comatorium, the USB relese of The Bedlam in Goliath has been, at this point, cancelled. There is some hope however, Amazon.com still has the item listed for purchase on their website. Other websites that had listed them for pre-sale have listed the item as recalled, so snatch them up while you can!
As for the CD release and the vinyl relese, they're good to go. Expect the vinyl to release a few days after the CD does. A purchase of The Bedlam in Goliath at BestBuy gets you a bonus card with the ability to download two B-Sides at no additional cost.
