You can Activate Windows Vista as OEM, either Emulated BIOS SLIC 2 or Perminant if you have SLIC 2 in BIOS. Tested on 32bit and 64bit (Thx Rachelg for 64bit test).

If you use emulated BIOS option it doesn t matter what make of manufacturer you select.
If it is a Perminant BIOS activation then you must select your PC maker, as it has to match the SLIC table in your BIOS.

Easy to run instructions in each file. Install Vista, DO NOT INSTALL WITH SERIAL NUMBER (SO YOU ARE IN 30 DAY TRIAL MODE), make sure UAC is turned off and you have Administrative rights.

I have included voatktoolsv.2.5_stand_alone.zip, if you have a retail version of Vista then this will convert it to OEM version, which will help stop MS detecting it in the future. Also it has many other features like removing previous Vista Hacks, which is essential for the above to work.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL DOWNLOADERS!
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS with Activation, please ensure you have installed Microsoft Update KB931573 availible through windows Update BEFORE YOU APPLY CRACK, or google it and download from Microsoft Direct. It is a fix for OEM Activation, where some PCs would not activate. If you have already applied the Crack, then install update and re-Apply crack, if required.
Once you are Activated then turn off Automatic Windows Updates and check that future updates (after Aug 2007) are checked before they are installed. When Vista SP1 is released please check that it is ok to install and that Microsoft have not created a fix
