Love the idea but i've got several reasons not to. 1. I don't have enough time. I am in education and my perants think education is very important (I partialy agree) 2. My perants don't see writing as an occupation. My dad backs me up but says education first and my Mum tells me to stop chasing stars (Not here exact words but it sounds nicer) 3. Half my poems get thrown away. One third of my poems are very personal, every poem i write is part of me and my life and some of them i feel are too much of a deepinsight of me. Like day break. I was into two minds of whether or not to put it on.

you should definately consider it though. i'm sure there are millions of people worldwide who could relate to some of them and would enjoy reading them (me for one). as soon as the summer hols are here, you should start writing, i will be. writing is and isn't an occupation. it can be a nice little earner when a book is published as it brings in money whenever someone buys it, but it can also earn you millions like harry potter has done for j k rowling. even if you only write when you have come home from a more reliable job, it could still work. i don't see why you should throw away any of your peoms. if you don't want to put them on BitComet, you can still keep them for yourself, hide them if you must, but don't throw anything away that is so personal. it could eventually destroy you inside. don't let you mam push you around. you're 16 for god's sake. keep writing, looking forward to the next.

ypu shouldn't be scared of your mam, it's not what she's for. take control of your life instead of being pushed around, make your own mistakes in order to shape you own personality and experiences. or are you willing to be one of the 40-something year olds who still live at home? still looking forward to the next babe

1. I wouldn't be waiting for the next babe because i like guys thanks. 2. I plan to leave for Uni and never come back. I have to wait until i am 18 that's all. (That's funny it use to be i have to wait untill i am 16 and now when i have become 16 i am know waiting till i'm 18. I hope i am not forever waiting.) 3. You come over here and try to face my mum. I am scared to death of her. She has all the power in this family. I can't even look to my dad for help (He's tried several times to help but to no avail).

Why would you want to come over here? (I won't tell you but if you ask Shezzle, she might. I just don't want to be responsible for your death as well as mine.) I wouldn't want you to fight my mum. She's my own ghost, therefore i must face her (Though plan at the moment is to run away at the first chance i get). I just don't know what to do. Everytime i try to undermine her, for some freedom, her shes does something like banning the net and mum has never been good at comprimises.

i'd be responsible for my own death, and anyway you should hurry up and face her. the brave may not live very long, but the cautious don't live a life at all (where did i get that from???). you shouldn't need to find a compromise and stand your ground.

you don't have to face her alone. i'm here for you and i'd be there if i could. you should never run away from your problems, it only intensifies the ordeal. i'll help you through this as much as possible, but it's you that has to stand up to her (i sound like my brother) and get your own life. if she wraps you up in cotton wool then you'll never learn how to take care of yourself, tell her to allow you to put to use what you have learned in life so far so that you can become your own person and not your mum's mini. like i've said before, stand your ground, make your own mistakes in life, don't be forever waiting and keep writing.

I've been grounded now and all (Can you ground a 16 year old. Because they can lawfully live on their own). I spent too long at Shezzle's house. I was having soo much fun i nearly forgot to come back here (I did remember at around 6 o'clock though). See this is what happens when you undermine her. But still for once i felt like a real person my age rather than a couped bird. For once i was the one having fun not the one looking from the upstairs window at people half my age enjoying themselves on the park. But now i am grounded for the rest of the hols.
