1. There is a thing that nothing is and yet it has a name.
Sometimes it's tall and sometimes it's short,
It joins our talk, it joins our sport,
and plays at every game.
2. What's better than all the gods,
Yet worse than all the demons,
Dead people eat it always,
Living people who eat it die slowly.
3. Sometimes i'm light, sometimes i'm dark, sometimes i'm both.
I'm round, but not always around,
Many want to walk on me, but only a great few ever have.
