the problem for me was peerguardian 2 i have some blocking on

The most used settings for save download and upload of torrents.
Peerguardian 2 was blocking bitcomet ip's (i don't now why). I have set to permanent allows and it turned green the listen port - perfect !.
I am using bitcomet 1.00.

Other Solution d.d. 15-05-08, First turn bitcomet on for a few minutes then it may be will turn into green, then start peerguardian 2.
