A good way to find torrents and to download them.

Hello all my dear visitors, most of you probabely know this but for anyone who do not know I will describe a good way to find and download torents.

 

There is a add-on or extension to Firefox going by the name TorrentFinderToobar.  What you do is that you install the Torrent finder toolbar to your Firefox, I have used this for a long time and not found any harmfull shit with this, I have AVG antivirus, and loads of spyware programs and I have found it safe. Torrent finder searches over 180 popular and top torrent sites on the net, I think it searches more but who knows.

 You don't have to have the toolbar visible al the time as the best way to serch for a torrent is to highligt a word, exampel a title of a flim, like Superman. You mark it with your right mousbutton and on this highligt you leftclick. As you do that upp comes a menu saying Search in Torrent finder.

Then you right click on Search in Torrent Finder and a new tab opens with the Torrent finder homepage. This is where you can download anything you like in a fast and great way using hundreds of torrent pages simultaniously.

 

Guess there are other ways of doing it this is my way.

Hi Nil,

That's actually quite a convenient way of searching for torrents. I heard it was based upon 120 default search engines as well. Not too perfect, but it does the job.

Though I tend to be more accustomed to seeing how many peers/seeds are actually in that torrent.

Hello Soraiya, and you see that is the nice thing about the TorrentFinder homepage, one can choose from a number of different torrents and look for the ones with the most seeders, do also read the coments of the people coming with each torrent, very often torrents on the net are fake.

Too many toolbars. I find it easy to use Mozilla as it is in default. And also can find all the needed stuff through google's or BitComet's search window.

that's pretty handy. Thanks for sharing. I usually hate toolbars, but some can be very useful. A good site to search for torrents is [url]torrents.to[/url] there you can search on over a dozen different torrent sites. Check it out :)

i just use torrentz.it pretty much searches some of the best torrents, seeded and everything.

well i have used that app for my firefox portable a long time ago.. but then i dropped it as the best ways is to find a fast torrent in moninova or torrentz or isohunt.. They provide more seeders and if I can't find the specific torretn I just google them.. Simple and neat...

the ones you talk about mininova, torrentz and isohunt are all searched simultaniously in TorrentFinder, try it again migth be something you missed, not that I am an expert, far from it, LOL. Look here: http://torrent-finder.com/
