Summer kicked off last night with the early release of the year’s first real potential blockbuster, Iron Man. Not only is it poised to make a ridiculous amount of money, but it’s getting pretty good reviews too. Right now it has a stunning 94% rating on RottenTomatoes.com, making it one of the best reviewed movies of the year so far. A stunning achievement for an effects heavy superhero flick.

It’s being labeled with such superlatives as the best movie of the year, and electrifying. One critic, I think his name is Joshua Tyler (a relative of mine?) called it “fun”. Heady stuff from this Tyler fellow.

But by now you know what everyone else thinks. Now we want to know what you think. You’ve seen Iron Man. You’re either geeking out or trying to forget it and look for Batman. What did you think of Iron Man? Great! Terrific and other wildly positive adjectives. Very good. Hey you really ought to see this one. There’s something bueno going on here. Well this is alright. Could be better though, you know? Needs improvement, but manages to qualify as watchable. Oh sorry old chap. This movie did not manage to avoid certified sucking. Nice try. Bad. Something smells stinky. Ah yes, it’s this movie. Quite bad indeed. It really can’t get much worse. It gets worse. This movie has hit rock bottom. Shame on you if you watch it.   Results
