Bitcomet port blocked...? what to do

Just about all wireless connections of whatever type (with the exception of some satellite connections) involve a router with a firewall, that's distributing the wireless connection. (This includes most public hotspots, btw.) The router's owned and operated by the provider. So generally, the firewall will block all unsolicited inccoming traffic on any port and you probably can't do anything about that. It gets a little more technical, but the bottom line is basically that they won't help you with this, even if they can. Being behind a firewall you don't control is the definition of an unforwardable port.

They may leave some ports unblocked. it's possible. it's really unlikely, but it's possible. Maybe your service permits subscribers to run their own mail servers or their own web servers or ftp servers, and if they do, then the appropriate ports for those services will be unblocked. But most wireless services don't allow (or at best, don't support) those and block their ports as well.

BTW your connection may explicitly forbid the use of P2P, as many do. There is actually some reason behind this, as something like bittorrent will suck up every bid of the bandwidth that it can, and if this is supposed to be shared bandwidth, you're hogging it all for yourself. This is why a lot of public hotspots forbid it on their networks too. In any case, the merits don't matter if your contract forbids it: they can cut you off for violating it. So you might want to check that and make sure.
