At beginning, I want to apologize for some strange spellings that you will find in my post. For some reasons, which nobody wants to explain to us, a lot of posts are send to auditing without an explanation. It seems, that it is forbidden to use one and the same word too often or some special (only our development team knows which) words in our posts. This is why I had to write some words in a strange way...
I am reading a very good book for a workshop about how to form your personal Charisma.
It is a Russian book and it is not translated in English. But I find the book very useful and this is why I decided to make some resumes from it… I am asking you not to pay attention to all my grammar mistakes. The problem is that both languages English and Russian are foreign languages for me and it is not so easy to translate in such way.
What is Charisma and why we need to improve it? The word Charisma has a Greek origin . In that times people were thinking that it is a gift from gods and is given only to people who are mean to become power full in the world: kings, heroes and half-gods
The person who has Charisma attracts everyone’s attention. People want to see him, to hear him, to obey him, to do everything for to please him… They are happy when he is around and they will do everything for him to notice that they exist. The person who possesses the Charisma rules the people and is responsible for them. Charisma creates the Leader, Leader creates the society, and society is making the History.
Buddha, Avicenna, King Arthur, Christ, Mahomet, Gandhi, Kennedy… there is a long list of people who possessed Charisma . This is the list of people who made our world and about who we read in history books. This is how History works. It is understandable. But what we can have in common with this gift of the gods?
But if to look more careful around ourselves, we will understand, that our contemporaneous life doesn’t differ from the life during the Middle Ages. It is changed technical level, speed of information transmission, we wear different clothes and have another level of life. But the human being and the society made by him is the same. Always, in all times, a person depended of other people. Look at celebrities, they prefer to be mentioned in news as often as possible and don’t care if these are good or bad ones. Why? Because the often they are mentioned, the more people KNOW about them, about their existence, and more people have an attitude for them and it means that they have more influence over them and their minds. This thing is used by politicians too.
Obscurity is the worst word for everyone. And it is threatening everyone. And a social job can be estimated only in that case, if it is estimated the person who did it.
You can be very talented, cleaver, kind, generous, creative and progressive person, but if nobody knows what you are doing, everything what you created doesn’t have sense. It won’t bring you wellbeing, because nobody will estimate. The History proves this. Mozart being an unique composer lived in poverty. Rembrandt and Van Gogh died in misery and poverty. Is it enough for you? If not, add to the list Columbus. This is another list of the people who changed our world and made it as it is. But their talents didn’t bring anything personally for them. Why?
Because they didn’t posses a strong Charisma and they couldn’t influence people around them to show their creation and discoveries. Because for to get money and resources to continue their work it was necessary to have other people attention and estimation. But can be there a worst situation than when nobody will know about you, what you did or are doing all your life. Does it remind you about something? Isn’t this your own situation?

Every person is talented or gifted in his own way, but do people estimate us? Could we completely open our talents? I don’t think so. And here come the questions…Why your college who doesn’t do as much as you is estimated higher than you? Why around your friend there are always a lot of people and around you is a vacuum? Why not you got the promotion? Why men (women) are looking at somebody else and not at you? Why somebody else got that job that you were dreaming about?
All these questions have a very simple answer. In the society was never right estimated any job, was estimated only attitude that was promoting this job. Never a unnoticeable person will sell his/her work at the same price as a bold one. To say a person without Charisma made an invention or a discovery, was in the right time in the right place, has a huge creative potential, it doesn’t matter, he won’t be estimated at his real price and the results will be reaped by somebody else. Never a person without Charisma will be estimated. Never.
But Charisma is not a gift of gods, it is a set of internal qualities which gives you possibility to influence people around and it can be developed. We can learn it.
The thing is enough simple: we are social beings and live in a pack with a strong hierarchy and estimate people around us on a base of their mimics, movements, voice, intonation, emotionality, stability, sexuality and confidence. These are parts of the personal magnetism. If we will learn how to increase our magnetism we will start to influence people and situations around us. As you can see, it is very simple. When we will learn it, we will have possibility to change our life for the best and won’t have anymore problems because of our underestimation. And we will get that gift of the gods which will give possibility to show our unique personality.
