u are being subjective. please, try somebody elses tight shoes for a fresh point of vue.try somebody else's glasses, t shirt or underwear. for a not so fresh one, if you must.

if your meaning we have screwed up everything enough that it will continue even if we leave the planet or that we have used up nearly all the natural resources and that all the waste we produce is still just being hidden under some big rug

Well they don't seem to be making me sick. You know this actually might be a good way to build a tolerance to the humans filthy food.

i think some people would enjoy continuosly sucking energy out of the entire universe. we were adapted to one planet(and we lied to her that we will always be in a mother -child relationship/nevertheless even earth must probably know children bite the hand that feeds them) .chances are , survival outside it will be either a mouse -cat routine with the big bad unknown territory or a mutating game(who grows a second head or green skin first- my guess is the second one , and it seems we allready are growing spare bodyparts:) -see cernobil documents.

well maybe outside world will prove itself familiar and respect jungle s first law:survival of the strongest. but somehow there might still be another chance. if roaches survive radiation, -and its obvious that we will eventually somehow destroy ourselves, -they get to carry on and evolve.and all humans get to ashes and dust part.
