anyone know how to configure NAT router settings???

i keep getting my ip blocked in the down right corner of my bitcomet...

btw... i'm from malaysia.

thanks for the tip but i’ve been there and got nothing done...

my router don’t have the port forwarding option.

then again... i solved it myself!!!

this is a step by step tips for everyone else that got the

same options like me.

1 - login to your router 192.168.1.1 (depends on your config IP)

2 - find the Advanced Setup tab... for me there’s 4 options in

the advanced setup. Firewall. Routing. NAT. ADSL.

Now... click the NAT tab

3 - There’s 2 more options here... DMZ and Virtual Server.

Now click the Virtual Server.

There you go ... in the application scroll choose PPTP and

add your start port number & your end port number...

enter your local IP then save... Reboot your router!!!

Done.

Open your web browser and key in http://192.168.1.1

the IP address depends on your router config

sometimes the default might be 192.168.1.254

then login with username - admin & password

After that just follow the config in my previous post

Try this... Follow this link and configure your router setting...

http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

Select your router type and follow the instructions...

Then set your firewall to accept connections from the port that you've configured...

i have a problem.. in order to log onto my modem.. i have to key in www.routerlogin.net and not 192.168.1.1 or whatever i.p.. i followed the steps from www.portforward.com and i seem to get stuck when my i.p is 10.0.0.1 instead of 192.168.1.[*]

Try that first then if it didn't help... you can comment there and leave your router model/type there... I'll try to figure it out...

you couldn`t to change provider router, but you provider can open ports for you for money? call provider
