Thnx for all the good response from you guys, makes you want to give more.....
The key to expanding D-speed, and rare files, progs.etc. Is sharing amongst the entire link, and make people feel safe about doing this.
All the effort needed from our side, is to expand you're own sharing, and spread the word when you have the possibility...
