First of all... I'm not an expert in this but I
hope this will help.
You need to find the source URL for the video
that you want to add.
Example :
http://0-a.mymovies.net/asx/asx_output.asp?url=/film/fid4965/
trailers/trid2771/wm/bb.asx&filmid=4965&trid=2771
Now that you have the source URL. Create a new
post.
Click (Insert / edit embedded media) and a new
window appear.
In the (General) tab. For the (Type) select
(Windows Media)
and (File) insert the the source URL. If you
don't have the source URL yet...
you can try the source URL in the example
above.
Now you can set the (Dimensions) to the size that
fits your need.
For this example I'm going to use (335) x
(316)
Then click (Insert) then (Post)
WALLA !!! There you go...
