Can't access router to port forward!

I have the yellow light "IP Blocked" thing, and did some research..someone posted a helpful site that gives you instructions on how to port forward (www.portforward.com) and in the guide, Iit says I need to access my router by using its ip (192.168.0.1 default). BUT, the default username+pasword doesn't work for some reason. Even after resetting the router, it still remains invalid. I'm using a D-Link 624 rev. C, and D-Link tech support is absolute shit (Not to mention, you have to pay for it), so I'm turning to de community..does anyone know what I can do?>

ive had so much trouble setting this up for my mom. I have it set up at home and the light is green and my dl are so fast. You think I could do the same for her here? What a gong show. I have made sure her firewall wasnt blocking it. I set the listening port to 60 000 just like the help menu had said. I have her logged in. I just dont know how to restart her router or find any of the info on it. I need a step by step where to go kind of help. Please can someone help me lol. I dont want to cry of frustration lol
