What the heck is going on with Bitcomet?

Ok so I've been dling torrents for a long, long time so I know about the Seed/Peers and all that good stuff. My question is why in the heck will some of my downloads get to 97 to 98% and then all of a sudden all the seeders are gone. Whats weirder is that there will be short bursts where the speed gets up to 500 kb, but there is no progress. It lasts probably 1-2 minutes and then just goes back to zero.

Any suggestions?

look at the health column.if it is less 100%,no idea.

is your version 1.02？

try to use older version.

It's not about the version. It's about cache and NTFS.

Some times, the files are finished, but they will appear as not.

One way to go through it is to stop the task, move the folder (Richt click in the tasl > Files move to...) and put them somewhere else.

Other things that have also worked for me are:

- Manual hash check.

- Defragmentation (While BitComet is NOT active)

- Do nothing at all (Yup, sometimes the files can be played just by changing the extension from .bc! to the original file's).
