every time I open b/c it's like the first time I've ever used it, since system crash

I recently had a system crash and had 2 re-install xp. Then of course everything else

apps,Drivers,blah-blah including Bitcomet but now when I open bitcomet I have to log on and get the Aphit accept and continue dialogue plus

all of the setting have reverted back to default as if it's the first time I've used it.

Before my crash when I opened b/c it logged me in automatically and I never had to change any

settings and everything worked fine! Has anyone got any ideas why this is happening.

recovery the settings?

check bitcomet.xml that under the bitcomet installation directory .

Can't assign to a read-only property for bitcomet.xml.

open C:\Program Files\BitComet then look for file extension xml document then right click it then take the tick out of read only and then click ok and close the windows.then when you open and close bitcomet it will save your current configuration.rathen then reverting back to the orignal settings.
