My speed is almost 100 kb/s but my torrent is slow in downloading

Its occur to me for this past weeks. I was surprised with my speed because I have almost 100 kb/s but my torrent is like downloading in 10 kb/s because it takes almost 2 days I download a movie. Can anyone here help me please.

My speed is almost 75 kb/s but my downloding speed is 10 kb/s is slow in downloading plz help for this.
