What is that message from bit comet and how i can disable thet? its realy anoyng... and its not going away.

I don t use internet explorer, i use Mozila latest version. IE verision is 7.0.6001.1800
I FOUND THE PROBLEM GUYS!!! IM SO HAPPY :):):):):):):):)
I JUST DELETE THE FILE FROM THE TEMP FOLDER!
WAZ REALY EASY... JUST DELETE FROM C:\USERS\USER\APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP
