Problem after moving Bitcomet to new hard drive
Size: Large, Medium, Small Fri Jul 4, 08 11:14 PM | Category: My Postbar

I'm new at this so please forgive my lack of knowledge.

I have used a program called Total Comander to more Bitcomet and all it's files to a new hard drive on my computer. To do this I copied it from the old C drive to my new larger H drive.

Now Bitcomet runs ok but it has reset all the downloads (even the completed ones) to 0.0%.

If I click "open directory" they are all still there in the downloads folder but Bitcomet doesn't seem to recognize them and wants to download them all again from scratch!

Please help!!!

Thanks,

Eric.

Firstly make sure you set the saved directory to where it should be now. (the default is c:\download).

Next, open the (torrents) directory under (bitcomet) folder. You'll need to double-click the ".torrent" files 1 by 1, then BC will ask for hash checking, and let it finish.

Remember to do it 1 by 1.
