i just went to the speed test website and my best speed is 1169 kb/s!!!!!!!....i am 10% above my country average.....how do i speed this up????

You service provider might have a cap on your bandwidth speed. check out my blog for links etc. have you got loads of software with automatic updates running this uses bandwidth. click my name under my picture to geto my posts

People like this need to die in a chemical fire. No help, no solution, just strokin that epeen, and probably lying to boot. Useless.

Anywho, your download speed is proportional to your upload speed so.. if your upload sucks (like mine) so will your download. Most of the programs that promise to increase your speeds by 500% or w/e wont work either.. best you can do is call and complain to your ISP :(

Now, if your upload speed is really good.. like painful agenda said, look for other programs eating up bandwidth.
