Right I have done everyting I know of to fix this problem, static IP, port forward etc but still Yellow Light???? My Ip address when i do ipconfig/all is diffrent to my routers hoome page could this be the problem,

 

Please help me guys x

- try refresh the port number in BT, switch to other number then switch back.

- forward more ports, so more number to refresh.

- save & reboot router?

- check your firewall.

normally i use the 1st one, it works for me.
