i'm having this same problem but have no idea how to solve more than since i like the player setup i just installed a codec package. if u r a vista user then vista codecs is gr8 it's what i'm using

I download few movies but i'm having trouble to watching them. the sreem won't show at all. it kept asking me for a password im not even sure of. Not only that that sound is not working ether. If you could help me that would be great? Thank you...
