I have a patch for Windows Vista x86 and x64 bit.

Someone said that supposedly should not be changing the TCP / IP

that Windows is damaged.

nothing will ever step since 2004.

I might have taken you seriously if you at least had a sane rate limit. The fact that you would change the rate limit to 70,000 shows you do not understand what a half-open connection actually is, how windows handles them, nor do you understand network topology.

I found the files and I never change the original

setting.

I install and work great.

I have no problem for this patch in my Vista.

I use in Vista x86 and x64 to proube and my

Windows work great.

So, the logical, "Work Good, pass to front".

I posted to you free.

The 70,000 setting, I try to understand why someone put this setting.

Is opened super wide the TCP/IP everyone need.

No more Windows close the TCP/IP......jjejee
