Yellow Light - Tried everything, nothing works....

refer to screenshot. I have configured everything, but no matter what https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=52438 only returns stealth, not open.
Also, the IP shown at the bottom right of bitcomet, beside the yellow dot, is different from the IP i see when I use ipconfig.
Can anyone help me?
