Slow downloads

I was having troubles downloading but it works again.I just downloaded BitComet 1.02 again.Now when I download a movie it is taking longer.For example:Movie Cars took about 1hour and the movie Star Wars 3 I have not finish downloading yet but to download 29% it took 1hour50minutes.Can someone help me get it back to the way it was?

Your speeds sound ok to me. Sure they could be faster .Sometimes they will be blazing .I am satisfied to get a movie in 4 or 5 hours .Factors out side of your computer and it's settings affect one's rates .My downloads can be quite fast but my upload speeds are usualy very slow .So if it is you ,on the other end ,wanting one of my files it is going to be slow in comming .If there are more seeds you will get the file faster. I just waited a month for 'Texas Chain Saw 2.iso' to complete .TRODE

When I wrote my "example" I forgot to mention that the movie Cars was downloaded before I reinstalled BitComet again.

This posting can be removed because the problem is solved.It seems when I downloaded Star Wars 3 from "Star Wars The Collection" I took only one of the 6 movies in the Collection it does not matter it will download just as if you took all 6 movies.I just downloaded "3-10 To Yuma" in less then one hour and learn something new in the process.
