Windwos XP SP2 Blue screen with bit comet

Hello every body,

I have a problem with my windows XP SP2 when I run the downloading with Bit Comet.The computer shows a Blue Screen then it quickly restarts.Is there any body can help me Please.

I do not think it is a memory problem.Because I have a RAM indicator that tells me I have at least 500 MB of a free RAM.But I think I solved the problem by limiting the upload and download speed to a very slow speed.
