everytime i switch on bitcomet or a download finished my avast starts up. it does nt say any warnings etc, it just starts up like ive double click the icon ?

also ive opened the 2 ports in my xp firewall and disabled the firewall on my router for bitcomet to . but i still have this blocked message in the corner.

im getting speeds around 400 - 700 kpps which is a lot faster than bitlord, but what i want to know is can it go faster. my bt speed is 4mb even though i was sold upto 8mb.

help and advice please, im not new to pc's and the net but im stuck. i download a program called peer gaurdian but it does nothing.
