Version 1.02/1.03 failure

Dear Forum members

 

I have recently downloaded Bitcomet versions 1.02 and 1.03 (separately) and now have version 1.02 on my laptop (Windows XP). The problem is that the program crashes all the time, with a help button saying the program has stopped responding. This happens repeatedly and then I cannot shut down Bitcomet (either using task manager or other). It's becoming a pain and have tried other versions and other download sites (as well as bitcomet.com).

 

Also my downloads are sticking at just less than 100% in some cases. I also am getting one green light and one yellow with Zone Alarm security suite and Virgin Media.

 

If anyone can help on these points I'd be very appreciative.

What i done mate was disabled my firewall, exit bitcomet then start it up again then i right clicked the yellow light that will say blocked and clicked check again and the yellow light that says blocked changed to a green light that says the wan number next to it...this should work, hope so if not do a search on this forum for portforwarding posts for your make of router, cheers, ya! :) mon e hoops!

even after doing all that...my speed is still slow....it started after i changed to the latest version of bitcomet
