i have downloaded a file and 100%, but when i open the save directory haft of it is bitcomet unfinished download. someone help

I have a similar problem...

When I′m downloading something it says the download speed is 30Kb/s or whatever and then all the files get stuck at 90% or something. They′re not fake torrents because what I′ve done is saving the torrent file and then opening it again and download the ones that are stuck and it works...but sometimes it doesnt...what should I do?
