Scheduler not working properly.

I am using BitComet v1.02 and my OS is Vista Ultimate .
Everyday from 9PM to 8AM , i get unlimited usage of my BB . I want to schedule my BC accordingly.. Fine there is no problem with fixing the schedule. But even after doing so, if i click download at any time , say 7PM , the download starts.. It doesn't wait for 9PM .. But its stopping the download exactly by nine., no issues with that. What should i do now ? I want to make the scheduler work perfectly.
