Did you allow bitComet pass through ALL the firewalls, by that I mean not only windows firewall, but your internet security, your router etc etc...

wolfloner, exactly what do you mean? Since running Kaspersky Intv2009 I get the yellow light and can't get rid of the bigger no matter what I try. Idiodts guide would be helpful. Portforwarding.com does not help. I also find that my Block IP address shows differents to the one I get if I run ipconfig. I am running through a router and ethernet cable. HELP PLEASE

Hi!

If you have a router, you must portforwarding the listen port.

Go to http://www.portforward.com/guides.htm, it may help you.

If your IP is differents as you internal IP that mean you are connected with a router, usually router have an internal firewall, you must go to your router config and portforwarding it.

k itried the port forwarding thing -- and was only able to go through the steps about half way for some unknown reason

it now also says NAT port maping failed ( UPNP device not found ) what that means i has no idea -- nor do i know how to fix it -- and the torrents seem to be downloading slower then ever ........
