Wtorrent failure

I find a torrent I want on wTorrent and press download.  It tells me I am not using the most updated bitcomet and asks if I want to upgrade.  If I do, then it keeps telling me I am not using the most updated...  It won't just download the torrent.  I uninstalled the newest version and went to the version that was the fastest and least problems.  wTorrents still doesn't allow for my download and keeps asking this stupid question.  Can anybody explain in simple terms what is going on and what to do?

Ok i had the same problem,...but somehow i found a solution.! when you on the wtorrent page you see your name of the torrent as a link in blue! get that and drag it into the search box.....after that you will see just some weird letters and just go behind the "(" after that copy all of that and drag it into the bitcomet little balloon...that's the method
