You make a new torrent to go along with the file you want to share .Use the 'make' command .You join a tracker site and upload your torrent .you have the task started in BitComet .people search for your file at the tracking site (isohunt ,piratebay,bitjunkie)and download the torrent .then they can start the download .Make sure you include the tracker when you make the new torrent.they will look like >>>
