First install Bit-Comet.
then login to your Bit-Comet account , if not then Sin Up .
Now open MComet Browser then Login to your account once again.
Now click the movie tab and select your movie (By-year , genre or country),now your selected movie will be opened.

Now your movie will be opened in different formats , from which you can select your format (say .avi)
Now CLICK the movie title and the Browser will open the Movie for you.
Now again CLICK the movie title or CLICK Download Now Button , and your download will start.
Now you choose location to save the movie , and press OK.
