I once had to print out these kind of pictures from a friend of mine, she was abused by her BF, well, by me publishing her pictures, the guy who did it got arrested, but I live in holland, and punishment by law is really soft in these cases so he was out of jail in 3 months... Voted.
On a serious note, use a pillow, it leaves less marks

ive been on the recieving end & used to make many excuses for him...its weird I never left because of the violence it was because i found out he was cheating on me
