Bitcomet V1.04 speed problem

I think that there is something wrong with this new version. The speed is very-very slow.
I mean with V1.03 , I was getting the speed from 60 kbs-70kbs but now I'm getting 1-2kbs. I've got so many download that I've not finish.
Please try and solve this problem as soon as possible.
