Malaysia TMNUT ISP already block LTSeed. Hope can fix it.

tmnut not just block LTseed. it throttle all p2p connections. mahmahmah.

Although TMNUT throttle all p2p connections last year ,

but Bitcomet LTSeed can get max speed since bitcomet first introduce (persistand seed).
