You cannot be playback iTunes DRM
protection M4P music files on iPod, Zune, PSP, Archos, Creative
Zen, San
Disk sansa, and any other MP3/MP4 music
players, as well as for mobile phones such as Sony Erricssion, Nokia Nseries,
BlackBerry,
Samsung, LG, Motorola, and many more.
However, you can use the following methods
to remove DRM protection from M4P files:
1. You can burn the protected music files
to CD-R or CD-RW disc to make an audio CD within iTunes. After the audio CD is
successfully burned, insert the disc into your CD-ROM drive again. Then you can
use iTunes to import the music tracks on the burned disc to MP3 files.
2. You can convert m4p to mp3 using
recording method. Here, would like to introduce NoteCable, which is a powerful, yet
simple audio converting tool to bypass DRM control with a virtual audio recording
method. It records any copy-protected music and audio book files (M4P, WMA, AA
and M4B) as they are being played and saves the recordings as unprotected audio
files (MP3, WMA or WAV) you can enjoy anywhere.
3. The most convenient and time-saving
method is using virtual burning software, such as TunePat, NoteBurner, etc. Here, taking
TunePat as example, it introduces a smart way of converting m4p file to mp3 utilizing
virtual burning technology. TunePat works as a CD burner emulator which
automatically converts the music you have purchased online as you are burning
it to a virtual CD. Since the virtual CD emulates your computer RAM and hard
disk as erasable CD-RW drive (Virtual CD-RW), the converting speed is 10 times
faster than any other programs which use recording as one of the core
converting tricks.
TunePat supports music from iTunes,
Napster, Rhapsody, Zune, Yahoo Music, Sony Connect, MusicMatch, MSNMusic,
MusicLoad, MTV / urge, MusicNow, BuyMusic, AOL Music, Virgin Digital, Beon
Music, Peer Impact, iMusica, Wal-Mart, AOL MusicNow, Audible, connect-europe,
akuma, Listen JP, ongen, hmv, Bigpond Music, Soundbuzz, digirama, imusica,
cdigix, cingular mMode, puretracks, metro tunes, fnac.
